Pre-Bid Information:

A pre-bid meeting will be held at the project site located at 815 Tennessee Street Bolivar, TN 38008 on March 20th, 2026 at 9:00 am. – You may also attend online by joining the teams meeting.

To submit an electronic bid, you must log into Allen & Hoshall Plan Room. It is free to register for an account, simply click on the “register for an account” link on the left-hand side and follow the instructions. If you already have an account, simply log in, and a “Submit Bid” tab will appear on the job page. Click on the tab and enter your contractor’s license number where it asks for “Certificate of Rep”. Check your information, and then upload all required bid forms and information. You will receive a confirmation email once the information is submitted. All bids electronically submitted are stored in a digital time vault and are not accessible by any party until the close of bidding. No bidder, owner, representative, or third party will have access to your confidential bid information at any point during the bidding phase. Only after the bid date has closed, will the owner and its representative have access to your submitted documents. If you need to resubmit a bid, or change a bid, simply re-upload your revised documents.
