63118 - DSCC Naifeh Building Renovation - SBC Number 166/017-01-2021

Partial renovation of an existing classroom building on the Covington campus of Dyersburg State Community College. Current building is approximately 32,000 square feet and consists of two wings and a central core. Renovation work is limited to one wing and the core area of the building. Work includes removal and replacement of laboratory casework and accessories, flooring, ceilings, acoustical panels, paint and other finish work. Additionally, standing seam metal wall panels are being added to the parapets over the center of the building to prevent water intrusion. See full set of contract documents for extents of work.
