72423 - Leake County Clearing and Grubbing

Bid Information:

The Leake County Economic Development District of Leake County, Mississippi, will receive sealed proposals for the Leake County Industrial Park Clearing and Grubbing until 9 o'clock a.m. local time on Monday, April 15, 2024, at the office of the Leake County Board of Supervisors office at 101 Court Square, Carthage, MS 39051. All proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud 9 o'clock a.m. on Monday, April 15, 2024 in the Board Room.

Electronic Bid Submission: To submit an electronic bid, you must log into Allen & Hoshall Plan Room. It is free to register for an account, simply click on the “register for an account” link on the left-hand side and follow the instructions. If you already have an account, simply log in, and a “Submit Bid” tab will appear on the job page. Click on the tab and enter your contractor’s license number where it asks for “Certificate of Rep”. Check your information, and then upload all required bid forms and information. You will receive a confirmation email once the information is submitted. All bids electronically submitted are stored in a digital time vault and are not accessible by any party until the close of bidding. No bidder, owner, representative, or third party will have access to your confidential bid information at any point during the bidding phase. Only after the bid date has closed, will the owner and its representative have access to your submitted documents. If you need to resubmit a bid, or change a bid, simply re-upload your revised documents.

Pre-Bid Information:

A pre-bid conference will not be conducted for this Project unless noted in the Advertisement for Bids.

Bidder is not required to but may visit the Site during normal working hours and conduct a thorough visual examination of the Site and adjacent areas. During the visit the Bidder must not disturb any ongoing operations at the Site.

All access to the Site other than during a regularly scheduled Site visit must be coordinated through the following Owner or Engineer contact for visiting the Site: Charles Bunniran – 601-977-8993.
