The NESHOBA COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS will receive competitive Sealed Bids via paper bid returned to Neshoba County Board of Supervisors C/O Chancery Clerk Guy Nowell, 401 Beacon Street, Suite 107, Philadelphia, Mississippi 39350 or electronically via the Neshoba County website at www.neshobacounty.net until 11:00 AM on Tuesday, September 6th, 2022 for supplying all labor and materials (as specified) for construction renovation of the Auditorium at Burnside Park.
Pre-Bid Information:
A pre-bid conference will not be conducted for this Project unless noted in the Advertisement for Bids.
Site Examination:
Site Visit by Bidders:
- A. Bidder is not required to but may visit the Site during normal working hours and conduct a thorough visual examination of the Site and adjacent areas. During the visit the Bidder must not disturb any ongoing operations at the Site.
- B. All access to the Site other than during a regularly scheduled Site visit must be coordinated through the following Owner or Engineer contact for visiting the Site: Ed Dedeaux – 601-214-6000.
